More than 25 years ago, brothers Juan and Joel Rios set out to bring the bold, soulful flavors of Mexican cocina to Central Florida — not watered down, not rushed, but the real thing. What started as a family dream is now one of Orlando's most beloved dining destinations.
Every dish at Agave Azul tells a story — the slow-braised birria, the hand-pressed tortillas, the house-made salsas. We combine the recipes passed down through our family with the energy and craft of modern Mexican cuisine.
Our Windermere location brings that same spirit to the community: a beautiful space with tall ceilings, vibrant decor, outdoor seating, and an atmosphere that's upscale yet completely welcoming.
